amazing views and walking access to everything downtown chicago offers

I had a fantastic stay, with clean accommodations and exceptional customer service that made my explorations so much easier, plus, being so close to Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago gave me the chance to soak in culture and nature right outside my door.

The city view was great, but the shower converter handle was broken during my stay.

We spent 5 nights in a King Studio with Sofa Bed and absolutely loved the breakfast variety—they really went all out for variety and quality! The pool on the top floor with fantastic views was such a treat. The gym had amazing views too, but the limited elevator access could be a drag during busy times. I'd choose this place again without a doubt!

The breakfast was really good. Lots of tasty options like sausages, eggs, and fruits that really hit the spot. The staff was polite and the housekeeping was prompt. To top it off, my room had an amazing view of Downtown.

All in all, this hotel has great potential with some minor tweaks needed to improve the overall experience.

Staying with 20 family members made our trip unforgettable! The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk to Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile. The breakfast area, although busy, had plenty of fresh options and the staff were always attentive.

My children wished there were more organized activities for families. A kids' play area would be a great addition!
